Today, I am exercising my 1st Amendment rights that are constitutionally protected by voicing my perspective about race in America. In remembrance of my ancestors who were oppressed, victimized and built this country by "forced labor" with blood, sweat, and tears. Who wasn't considered 3/5 of a human without the protection of the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and laws that were "null and void" because of their skin color. Yet, still today these same rule still applies to African American citizens who exercise their 2nd Amendment rights to bare arms get murdered without any reapproach. These ideologies include a myth that "Black people owning guns would upset the social order". If blacks in America speak about racism they are retaliated against even though they suppose to be protected by the 1st Amendment rights and the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments which outlawed slavery, provided for equal protection under the law, guaranteed citizenship and protected the right to vote, yet America seeks to continue to "null and void" those protections for blacks. However, statistics proves that individual states continued to allow unfair treatment towards blacks through mass incarceration, voting, media (fabrication), racial profiling, opportunities and unfair justice system, etc.
Growing up, I was taught at an early age "racial socialization" how to navigate, and sometimes even survive, a society that devalues black people. Therefore, growing up I had to learn to be "strong" and how it justifies discrimination, mistreatment, and humiliation and the inability of others to recognize the pain and humanity of a black woman. It is knowing that non-Blacks can call themselves a "strong Black woman" without experiencing the racism, sexism, discrimination, bigotry and the pain black women endure. A black woman who speaks about racial injustice is called an enemy to America, a traitor and unamerican even though statistics proves that America is still sick with the evilness of racism, bigotry inequality and it's not a "colorblind" society. That America is blinded by the truth and deny to understand that the system of racism begins with a race designating itself as superior to another. To carry out acts of racism, a race must have power and privilege. The truth is blacks can't be a racist because they never had a position of power. There has never been a time in American history when a race other than white has had power and privilege over another—especially in the case of African-Americans.
It's counterproductive to fabricate that America is a "colorblind society" when you review the statistics based on race how unequal America really is..... Because there are so many things Americans are blind to in the USA; racism, sexism, ableism or disability discrimination, gay and lesbian issues and ageism among a host of other issues. American desire to change the face of racism, bigotry, and discrimination they must first have a realistic discussion and answer hard questions about race. We also need be honest that America was built on white supremacy and diversity isn't America's ultimate goal. As most Americans are taught to take a risk in life but this is one risk that many Americans refuse to take unless it is forced. Abraham Lincoln took a risk with the "Emancipation Proclamation" followed 13th Amendment to abolish slavery, JFK was under pressure by civil rights leaders and finally proposed civil rights act but was assassinated.... then Lyndon B. Johnson continued the passage of the bill then it was passed by Congress. It would be challenging for any leader to be bold enough to do above and beyond the historical racial challenges to change America's attitude from"inherited racism" to improve the lives for all black people. Come on let's get real America have not just got divided under President Donald Trump, but to blacks, in America, the government never was fair and always had the sickness of racism ….. and biogtry against blacks.
I believe there is a difference why white racial counterparts ( women, LGBT, liberals) and immigrants may not prefer President Trump while black people in America never received any justice in America by any President remaining statistically oppressed. While statistics proves that the 1st black President Obama contributed to the oppression of black people in America and betrayed black people in the most egregious fashion... Our 1st black President Obama denied reparation for blacks however approved and signed an executive order for reparations for Jews, Native Americans, and Philippians. The worst excuse Obama did is to minimize any slavery racial experiences in the USA and to approve other racial group. Maybe because his ancestors weren't the slaves, however, the slave masters. Or maybe he has this mentality to keep a black man down following "Willie Lynch" tactics. Reparations would have helped many blacks to have a step ahead. However, he denied slavery over these other cultures groups which Native Americans owned slaves and the Holocaust was terrible however it didn't happen in the U.S. He devalues slavery for black people to secure the White House! The last year 2016, the UN informed the U.S. they should pay reparations for blacks for "racial terror", Obama remained silent as he was still in office until January 20, 2017! For the formerly black enslaved and their descendants, reparations for slavery amounted to "40 acres and a mule," a phrase referring to U.S. Gen. William T. Sherman's field orders shortly before the end of the Civil War. Newly freed slaves would be given land upon orders enacted in Georgia and South Carolina. After the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln, his successor, Andrew Johnson, revoked Sherman's orders and returned the land to its previous white owners. The phrase "40 acres and a mule" has thus come to represent the failure of Reconstruction to compensate freed former slaves. He used the term "Jim Crow" represents the social system, including laws and customs that perpetuated and reinforced racial oppression and segregation of African-Americans from the late 1870s into the 1960s, particularly in the South."The topic of reparations has often been seen as extremely controversial, but maybe it wouldn't seem so controversial if considered in historical perspective and with the knowledge that far more people than African-Americans have pressed their claims for America thrived off the free labor servitude system and now mass incarceration, prisons which are forced labor to render for oppressors.
Obama speaks about civil rights why would he want to carry out an audacious plan March 16th, 2012 that gives the Federal government the legal authority to force any person into de facto slavery. According to this Executive Order, the President Obama's 13603 seems to describe a potentially totalitarian regime obsessed with control over everything. There's nothing in executive order 13603 about upholding the Constitution or protecting civil liberties Slavery is once more legal in the United States. President Obama signed his own executive order which allowed for the President to enact slave labor, on a large scale, on American soil. Many Americans don't know what Executive Order means a rule or order issued by the president to an executive branch of the government and having the force of law. Blacks make excuses that Obama didn't have any power to pass anything. Obama could've created an Executive order for slavery without any issues from Congress. Many Presidents have pushed to expand their power beyond constitutional limits, particularly during crises. Issuing executive orders is the easiest way to do it. A president doesn't have to propose an executive order, debate the issues, endure hearings or solicit votes. An executive order can be issued in a few minutes -- behind closed doors and away from bright lights.
"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere"MLK, Jr.
The Department of Justice is supposed to be the highest "Justice" in America. It is a federal executive department of the U.S. government, responsible for the enforcement of the law and administration of justice in the United States. So why blacks are living in "racial terror"? Blacks have to wonder if they drive down the street, or shop at Walmart or walk in a neighborhood if they will be murdered by the "protect or serve"? The 2nd Amendment is unlawful for blacks basically "null or void"? America created these agencies such as the DOJ, the FBI, special forces and CIA who contribute to "racial terror" because these agencies remain silent for decades as many black American citizens were murdered, set-up, unequal sentences, harassed and raped while many white hate groups were never brought to justice. These agencies have a legacy of tormented black civil rights workers, harassed, discredited them, fabricated and called them terrorist and communist similar to Black Lives Matter movement who never murdered anyone. Black groups don't claim racial superiority or tried to wipe out another group by lynching them. All the members wanted was an equal playing field. They were going to get it through helping their own community and pushing issues which needed to be dealt with in a less passive way. It does not take a rocket scientist to understand the difference between a group wanting to degrade and terrorize like KKK (white nationalist) those not like them and a group trying to build a better community for themselves and the society they live in. The truth is the world views white America as racist historically against blacks.
As it was stated in one of Fannie Lou Hammer great speeches, "FBI was never a friend to black people", they were more a friend to the white establishment these are the same thoughts today. Today, these agencies know that the KKK runs the justice system, judges, police stations, prisons system for the root causes "racial terror". The Justice Department keep silent until a protest or media attention that police targets and stop, patterns of excessive force, search and arrest black residents at a disproportionate rate it's not about public safety but for revenue; but a pattern or practice of unlawful conduct….that violates the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution and federal statutory law." Have you ever wondered statistically there are over 70% of whites in America and 13% blacks; why blacks are statistically disproportionally incarcerated, paying more fines or racially profiled traffic stop? One reason, there are a disproportionally more white Judges, police officers and State Attorney, prosecutors that have the power in the justice system which is substantial evidence of racial bias that maintains black oppression. Black people are underrepresented in the matter of justice but if there are black judges, they are a limited minority and feel pressured; then side with their white Judge counterparts to oppress blacks. Have you noticed that there is segregation in the police department? Why are there a National Black Police Associations? Fire departments in America have a Black Firefighters Union.
I read an article in the Atlantic " The Ultimate White Privilege", One of the great privileges that come with being born wealthy, white, and male in the United States of America is that you can get away with certain youthful indiscretions. Indiscretions like, oh, smoking prodigious quantities of marijuana, for instance. If you're an upper-middle-class caucasian, chances are the cops aren't going to randomly stop and frisk you in the street under dubiously constitutional pretenses. And if you do somehow get caught baggie-in-hand, your parents can likely afford a decent lawyer to help plea bargain your way into some light community service. According to New York Times, In Heroin Crisis, White Families seek a gentler war of drugs, When the nation's long-running war against drugs was defined by the crack epidemic and based in poor, predominantly black urban areas, the public response was defined by zero tolerance and stiff prison sentences.now using their influence, anger, and grief to cushion the country's approach to drugs, from altering the language around an addiction to prodding the government to treat it not as a crime, but as a disease. 1st black President Obama traveled to West Virginia, a white state with high levels of overdoses, to discuss his $133 million proposals to expand access to drug treatment and prevention programs. While we witness in the west marijuana is legal in the West coast, however, illegal federal but on the east coast, it's illegal (local, state and federal) Why? To maintain mass incarceration whereas the black and browns are disproportionally incarcerated. These agencies help shape the oppression against blacks in America, it didn't start while Trump is in office, Let's be honest! America blames black lives matter who never murdered a single person but blame this group for every black crime and accused them falsely only of discredit the organization as they did MLK, Jr, and all black advocates. It's unfair to blame that organization for individual crimes!
In conclusion, the evil racist ideologies and beliefs inflated obstacles to put black people down. Then America uses the media to indirectly announce to blacks that their issues and their voices are not important and slavery is in the past, we must continue to advocate about this.... But statistics proves that blacks are still oppressed, being lynched and enslaved by mass incarceration for profit. "A smart person once reminded me that, WE "black people" have psychological trauma that however is encoded in our DNA, that is triggered by our mere existence within a system that targets us by default because it was built to serve the interest of a certain race and economic class of people. WE were disenfranchised economically and strategically marginalized after the Reconstruction during the Jim Crow era. WE have psychological trauma that is encoded in our DNA, that is triggered by our mere existence within a system that targets us by default because it was built to serve the interest of a certain race and economic class of people. WE, nevertheless, are resilient.
We are alchemists of opportunity, turning difficult upbringings into triumphs. Our ancestors built the infrastructure of this country of free labor; servitude system and now through mass incarceration. Our inventions have created white multi-billionaire businesses, plus millions of jobs that we can't receive an opportunity. We have inspired movements, created talents and seasoned popular culture that everyone tries to imitate. We have changed people's lives that many whites generations benefited from our hard labor. America doesn't want to see our contributions but we have to give OURSELVES more credit because we were born out of greatness. No one leaves behind a diamond just because it fell in the mud. Scientist discovered that we are the "original people" all cultures comes from us. These circumstances that America try to destroy us with negative images and pure fabrication don't define our value. We are built upon self-love and unapologetic blackness through the adversity of hateful, destructive societal conditioning. Our worth and potential is inherent, in spite of! Look past the hidden agenda, deception and negativity and see "US" for who "WE" truly are black; and be PROUD and we will overcome!

Every year, more than $50 billion dollars in scholarships are given away to students of all ethnic backgrounds. This number includes many awards that are given only to African American students and other minorities.
