White America calls President Donald Trump a Racist?

I never thought in my lifetime that I would ever witness whites exposing a white President, stating that he is a racist, Donald Trump. I wonder how do white people define a racist? Is it different from black people definition? I mean do they have to worry being followed in a store because of the color of their skin? Do they have to worry driving in their car followed by the police in a traffic stop praying that the police officer is not a racist? Do they have to talk to their small children and explain that the color of the skin will cause missed opportunities and unfairness? Do they have to worry when they get a loan from the bank that they would get credit based on their application not by their skin color? I find it strange that white people who received white privilege all their life, could call a white President racist? As we review statistics against race whites are disproportionately has precedence over other races such as pay, job opportunities, housing, police stops, the justice system, education, etc. How could they call Donald Trump a racist? What are white people afraid about Donald Trump that is my question? Are you afraid that you are going to lose the rest of your white privilege and live like black citizens in America? I am confused why are they protesting against Donald Trump when white privilege exists in all their lives and always in America since the beginning of the creation of the American society. What's their motive?
When America review the Census statistics, blacks are disproportionally unequal such as housing, jobs, education, police stops, followed in stores and neighborhoods, etc. Blacks lived through slavery, lynching, racial segregation, the unfair justice system, rapes, mass incarceration, servitude system, lived through the separate but equal concept and presently a "separate and unequal society". Where are these same white people protesting against Donald Trump silent after all these years about blacks oppression? Blacks lived through Presidents who didn't see their lives or existence on this earth as a priority and now blacks suppose to see Donald Trump as a threat? Our Ancestors and generations of blacks lived through such crucial, hateful and abusive times in America and without any recognition by whites, we weren't apart of American society. As far as blacks, Donald Trump isn't our only Monster.
Let's start a "DISCUSSION OF RACE"
AMERICA is segregated and silent about inequality. AMERICA, ARE we a bunch of hypocrites? "The most segregated hour in America is on Sunday mornings", says MLK, Jr., but today it's every day. I am going to explain why as you read this whole article. There are so many things Americans are blind to in the USA, racism, sexism, ableism or disability discrimination, gay and lesbian issues and ageism among a host of other issues. America desire to change their face of racism, bigotry, and discrimination they must discuss hard questions. Then put actions behind to stop equality. Most Americans alleged that one man Donald Trump is an alleged racist and his administration; America always been governed by the white privilege principles supported under all Presidents.
Let's discuss what is uncomfortable to all Americans, race. How can we be so critical about Donald Trump when there is race issues within ourselves, organizations and communities before he came into office. Are we are being a bunch of American hypocrites? Then, I see a rise in interracial marriage and I hear all the time I am not a racist look I am married to a black person, I voted for Barack Obama or I have a black child; that doesn't discount that you didn't benefit from white privilege. According to LA times, anyone could look into himself or herself, see the bigotry within, and do something about it. As one white liberal stated, "recognizing that— and I am one — are adept at using these naming and shaming tactics to avoid looking inward. Comfortable in our beliefs, we ignore the fact that we sit inside an ideology of white superiority that gives us enormous advantages even when we mouth the right opinions, trade memes about the awful racist act that one of us committed, and pat ourselves on the back for our sensitivity. The racists are not the ones who burn crosses and lynched black people, aren't they? Consequently white liberals, for example, attribute the failure of Blacks to attain the same economic level as whites to poor schools, lack of proper training, or even to the lack of the will to "succeed" because of the legacy of slavery. All the blame is placed on the past; none of it on the present. White liberals consequently want to "help" Blacks through tutoring programs, job training, etc., but they constantly fail to appreciate the current role of racism as an explanatory factor of inequality. This ignorance of the racism Blacks experiences, therefore, constitutes the second level of separation because Blacks note disapprovingly that whites do not bother to see what for them is blatantly obvious, A statement by workman's action. "Comfortable in our beliefs, [white liberals] ignore the fact that we sit inside an ideology of white superiority that gives us enormous advantages", Jim Grimsley.
I read this article in Quora denying racism and it's psychological, People who are racist and yet deny their racism may be victims of unconscious mental processing and confabulation. When cognition that affects our behavior occurs at the unconscious level, the conscious mind needs an explanation. "Why did I do that?" Confabulation: "...the production of fabricated, distorted or misinterpreted memories about oneself or the world, without the conscious intention to deceive. Confabulation is distinguished from lying as there is no intent to deceive and the person is unaware the information is false." Interesting?
The March in D.C. January 21, 2017, during Trump inauguration, this time white citizens are vandalizing. President Obama called blacks in Baltimore "thugs" while they conduct violent protest but you didn't hear the media or politicians call violent white protestors thugs, criminals, America responded differently about protest based on race. What are your thoughts? Do you see the difference between race in America even in "protest?" Like I said, Barack Obama put a new word for "reverse discrimination" or Malcolm X would 've called him a "House Negros".

Another question, most business, corporation, and advocacy organization are "disproportionately white, male, according to the Census. Check out every business executive team portfolio they are majority white, "What do you think?. In what ways do they deal with race relations issues and inequality regarding their "black members or co-workers' and/or upper mobility? Are you a business owner who is an equal opportunity employer and have diversity in your hiring staff? Do your organization protest against inequality of pay or any black social issues other than your own agenda?
WOMEN ORGANIZATION
Women organization are run by the majority of white women that suppose to support "all women". The equity pay gap is widening—not closing—for black women in the workforce, when compared with white women, who now earn 77 cents on the dollar, according to the Economic Policy Institute black women makes $.73 to a dollar, Hispanic $.65 to a dollar, how are you advocating for minorities in your organization concerning different rates of inequality of pay? According to Affirmative Action statistics, white women disproportionately benefits more than any other race. (Affirmative action, when it was introduced by President John F. Kennedy in 1961, originally required entities that receive federal funding to take tangible steps "to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin." In 1967, Lyndon Johnson added sex to that list, Huff Post). The 9.9 million women-owned firms in 2012 were up more than 2 million from five years earlier when there were 7.8 million women-owned businesses, a 26.8 percent increase. There are disproportionally more white women owned business, Do you advocate for black women own business, too? African American women face unique barriers in the workplace that can undermine their ability to succeed and thrive" Black Enterprise. A black woman is discriminated against, it's double jeopardy because she is a woman and from the black race, "Will your organization represent them?" As to a white woman who is discriminated against is gender but when it comes to a black woman they have to fight for gender and race, double jeopardy.
DISABLED ORGANIZATION
Disabled advocacy organization is run by a majority of whites who are in a position in power. So when there is a black disabled person who needs representation do you realize you would be advocating based on double jeopardy "black and disabled"? Do you represent the fact of inequality within the system based on race, too? Do you realize that a white disabled will be treated differently than a black or Hispanic disabled person? Why black and Hispanic disabled organization are branching out because they don't get proper representation from white advocacy disabled organization?
\
LBGT GAY RIGHTS ORGANIZATION
Obama administration main focus was civil rights for the LBGT community this community was federally financed heavily supported. The problem is that the Obama administration did a "trade-off" that black civil rights were less discriminated against than gay rights, which are false. By statistics, blacks are facing equality issues and "racial terror". ''One issue, the media fabricated concerning the Orlando shootings (which were a tragedy) but wasn't the worst mass killing in America. In 1919, in the wake of World War I, black sharecroppers unionized in Arkansas, unleashing a wave of white vigilantism and mass murder. Initiated by whites, the violence—by any measure, a massacre—claimed the lives of 237 African Americans, according to a just-released report from the Equal Justice Initiative. Black people suffered 400 years of oppression, free forced labor, mass incarceration, police brutality, bigotry, lynching, racial terror, rape, murders, treated as the worst culture, or group in America. This organization fails to get it right when their black members who are discriminated based "double jeopardy" and they can't gain the full benefit from that organization. I am not against LGBT organizations but there is a difference by race. Will you help a person who has a religious belief? A white gay person can hide his gayness and rise in social status in America while a black gay person has to fight another battle just being black hiding their gayness from society. The black member can't rise fighting the battle because of his color which he can't hide and can not rise in social status, which they have to fight discrimination "double jeopardy". Reverse discrimination question, Can I be a Christian and work for your business without any discrimination because of my religious beliefs? I find it insulting that Obama would equate the oppression of black issues to gay rights and have the civil rights agency to only focus on LBGT causes to default against the oppression of black people which is historic, Do you feel the same?
MINORITY BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATIONS
According to the census, minority-owned firms in the U.S. rose from 5.8 million in 2007 to 8.0 million in 2012. This includes a 46.3 percent increase in the number of Hispanic-owned firms over the period, from 2.3 million to 3.3 million, and a 34.5 percent rise in the number of black or African American-owned firms, from 1.9 million to 2.6 million. Additionally, the number of Asian-owned firms climbed from 1.5 million to 1.9 million, an increase of 23.8 percent. For added context, total U.S. firms increased 2.0 percent during the same period, from 27.1 million in 2007 to 27.6 million in 2012. Are other minorities practicing "reverse discrimination"? Can I as a black woman go to Asian Alliance for help? Can I go to Why my children can join your children funding opportunities? Can I go to Hispanic Alliance for assistance? Can I work at Native

American casino and treated like other Indian employees? Can I receive service at Muslim community center or be hired at your business? Do I have to be a Muslim to be hired at your company? Can I work at a Chinese business and not speak their language? Am I welcomed to receive services at the Jewish Family Services? Do you support black owned business as you are in black communities? Do you support civil rights for all minorities or your own? Do you protest while blacks are being lynched? Question: Why minority organizations are segregated? Question? Why on jobs a foreigner that is bilingual can speak another language against their English speaking co-worker only to exclude them from the conversation? Reverse discrimination "exclusion" due to language and culture?
"PROTECT AND SERVE" (State, local and federal) JUSTICE DEPARTMENTS
"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere"MLK, Jr.
The Department of Justice is supposed to be the highest Justice Department in America, is a federal executive department of the U.S. government, responsible for the enforcement of the law and administration of justice in the United States. Why blacks are living in "racial terror"? Blacks have to wonder if they drive down the street, or shop at Walmart or walk in a neighborhood wondering if they will be murdered by the "protect or serve"? Is the 2nd Amendment lawful for blacks or "null or void"? America created agencies such as the DOJ, the FBI, special forces and CIA who contribute to "racial terror" because these agencies remain silent for decades as many black American citizens were murdered, set-up, unequal sentences, harassed and raped while many white hate groups were never brought to justice. These agencies have a legacy of tormenting black civil rights workers, harassed, discredited them, fabricated and called them terrorist and communist similar to Black Lives Matter movement who never murdered anyone. Black groups don't claim racial superiority or tried to wipe out another group by lynching them. All the members wanted was an equal playing field. They were going to get it through helping their own community and pushing issues which needed to be dealt with in a less passive way. It does not take a rocket scientist to understand the difference between a group wanting to degrade and terrorize like the KKK (white nationalist) those groups that are not like them, while a group trying to build a better community for themselves and the society they live in. The world views America as racist targeting against blacks.
As it was stated in one of Fannie Lou Hammer great speeches, "FBI was never a friend to black people", they were more a friend to the white establishment these are the same thoughts today. Today, these agencies know that the KKK runs the justice system, judges, police stations, prisons system for the root causes "racial terror". The Justice Department keep silent until a protest or media attention that police targets and stop, patterns of excessive force, search and arrest black residents at a disproportionate rate it's not about public safety but for revenue; but a pattern or practice of unlawful conduct….that violates the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution and federal statutory law." Have you ever wondered why there are over 70% of whites in America and 13% blacks; why blacks are disproportionally incarcerated, paying fines or racially profiled? One reason, there is a disproportionally representation of white Judges, police officers, and State Attorney, prosecutors that have the power in the justice system substantial evidence of racial bias to keep blacks oppressed. Black people are underrepresented in the matter of justice but when there is a minority of black judges they feel pressured to side with their white counterparts. Why there is segregation in the police department, National Black Police Associations? Fire departments, the Black firefighters union.
I read an article in the Atlantic " The Ultimate White Privilege", One of the great privileges that come with being born wealthy, white, and male in the United States of America is that you can get away with certain youthful indiscretions. Indiscretions like, oh, smoking prodigious quantities of marijuana, for instance. If you're an upper-middle-class Caucasian, chances are the cops aren't going to randomly stop and frisk you in the street under dubiously constitutional pretenses. And if you do somehow get caught baggie-in-hand, your parents can likely afford a decent lawyer to help plea bargain your way into some light community service. According to New York Times, In Heroin Crisis, White Families seek a gentler war of drugs, When the nation's long-running war against drugs was defined by the crack epidemic and based in poor, predominantly black urban areas, the public response was defined by zero tolerance and stiff prison sentences.now using their influence, anger, and grief to cushion the country's approach to drugs, from altering the language around an addition to prodding the government to treat it not as a crime, but as a disease. 1st black President Obama traveled to West Virginia, a white state with high levels of overdoses, to discuss his $133 million proposals to expand access to drug treatment and prevention programs. While we witness in the west marijuana is legal in the West Coast, however, illegal federal but on the east coast, it's illegal (local, state and federal) Why? To keep mass incarceration whereas the black and browns are disproportionally incarcerated. This is agencies help shape the oppression against blacks in America, it didn't start as Trump is in office. Let's be honest! America blames black lives matter who never murdered a single person but blame this group for every black crime and accused them falsely only of discrediting them. That organization can't blame for individual crimes!
BLACK BOURGEOIS
Black Bourgeois are those who made economic gains, live in mixed communities, sit in board rooms, eat in fancy restaurants and homes, self-serving and some are handpicked to serve the oppressors and believe that they are on an equal playing field as their white counterpart but in great denial. They believed that they can operate in society as a result based on their financial classification. One example, Will Smith protesting against the Oscars because he believed protest over the lack of diversity among nominees in major categories this year.his color is the reason of not gaining any awards. However, was silent to many black issues from the community where he was once raised.
When it comes to race and class in the black community such as the black elites or middle class undermines and looks down on the black poor believing they deserve such malicious treatment by systemic racism. The black little people are the one who did all the marching and hard work; while the black Bourgeois tries to take all the credit when media arrives. However, the Black bourgeois will remain quite and unsupported until they are challenged concerning white privilege and realize that they have no power in their position because they are black. For example, Clarence Thomas, Supreme Court judge vs Anita Hill in 1991. A black woman reported sexual harassment against Judge Thomas. Judge Thomas who is married to a white woman and has conservative views that are against black America. There are many compelling personal stories about African Americans who have become successful in various fields, and obviously, Justice Thomas is one of them, with his conservative views." The African American museum doesn't acknowledge him, especially if you have oppressed views against a race. There are many blacks who are unrealistic about their race believing they are on the same playing field as their white counterpart. They will blame black poor police brutality because of their classification as the reason of such abuse. Black Bourgeois can be the biggest ignorant "oppressors" against the black poor practicing the new meaning of "reverse discrimination".
Another example, a Judge had a confrontation to the extent that you might be dealing with a racist police officer, attempt to comply with orders. In face to face confrontations with police, white supremacy is your reality. Judge Cunningham has served in his Superior Court post since 2009 after being appointed by former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. Judge Cunningham laments: "I am shaken, battered and bruised by this ordeal. I fear that I have sustained serious nerve damage in my wrists. I am still not able to walk out of my house without feeling greatly apprehensive. I have reviewed hundreds of use-of-force complaints about the course of my five-year term on the Police Commission. I never realized what a profound effect such a negative encounter could have on someone; until it happened to me."Judge Cunningham. This is a true statement when it comes from Black Bourgeous who don't see their race until it's challenge by white supremacy.
IA Statement from Workers Action provides an example of how racism is in denial in America. "Since whites have not as a rule been victimized by racism when asked what they think about race, they will often respond that they are not aware of it and, with a touch of moral superiority, are puzzled why Blacks seem almost fixated on it. Of course, no one has forced the white population to become aware of its race. For whites, their own race is experienced more like the color of one's eyes when looking out at the world; it simply isn't noticed at all. While blacks find themselves in a rather different situation. Whites have directed their racism towards Blacks on both conscious, intentional levels and subconscious, unintentional levels by certain comments and behavior that perpetuate racism. And consequently, Blacks experience themselves on almost a daily basis as members of a race. Whether because of the elderly white woman who clutches her purse when passing a Black man on the sidewalk, or a white sales clerk especially watching Black customers guard against shoplifting or an employer who hires a white applicant over a more qualified Black applicant, Blacks experience themselves as members of a race". The understanding that the racist system begins with a race designating itself as superior to another. To carry out acts of racism, a race must have power and privilege. Blacks can't be a racist because they never had a position of power. There has never been a time in American history when a race other than white has had power and privilege over another—especially in the case of African-Americans.

In conclusion, if Donald Trump leaves out of office by impeachment who would white people choose to be President? Will African Americans become suddenly equal under another President? Over 400 years of inequality when will equal rights come for blacks? Has it happened so far, no! However, over decades and decades of racist ideologies and beliefs that tried to put black America down and how America tell us that our issues and our voices are not important and it's from the past, is irresponsible and fabrication. Under a black President statistics proves inequality for blacks that's why whites love former President Obama? Nevertheless, we have a right to advocate for equality and equity in America just like any other American.

I conclude with my favorite statement: "We (blacks) are alchemists of opportunity, turning difficult upbringings into triumphs. Our ancestors built the infrastructure of this country of free labor; servitude system and now through mass incarceration. Our inventions have created white multi-billionaire businesses, plus millions of jobs that we can't receive an opportunity. We have inspired movements, created talents and seasoned popular culture that everyone tries to imitate. We have changed people's lives that many whites generations benefited from our hard labor. America doesn't want to see our contributions but we have to give OURSELVES more credit because we were born out of greatness. No one leaves behind a diamond just because it fell in the mud. Scientist discovered that we are the "original people" all cultures comes from us. These circumstances that America try to destroy us with negative images and pure fabrication don't define our real value. We are built upon self-love and unapologetic blackness through the adversity of hateful, destructive societal conditioning. Our worth and potential is inherent, in spite of! We learn to pass America's hidden agenda of deception and negativity and see "US" for who "WE" truly are black; and be PROUD and we shall overcome!
